A sleeve coupling used on a vertical inclined flow pump, a semi submersible vertical turbine pump, and a vertical drum bag condenser pump with a vertical Suspended  structure, comprising a sleeve coupling (1), wherein the inner diameter (10) of the sleeve coupling (1) at the mating position with the upper main shaft is 0.5mm smaller than the inner diameter (11) at the mating position with the lower main shaft, and a machining stop (12) is provided in the middle of the inner wall of the mating length, and a slot (9) is provided on the outer wall of the sleeve coupling (1). The disassembly tool includes a first disassembly snap ring (4) and a second disassembly snap ring (5) that is inserted into the corresponding slot (9). The first disassembly snap ring (4) and the second disassembly snap ring (5) adopt a split structure, and the first disassembly snap ring (4) and the second disassembly snap ring (5) are connected as a whole through a long screw (6) and a nut (13).
